Scary Skeleton Gingerbread Cookies

I made this batch of cookies last night as a test run of a molasses-free gingerbread cookie recipe and, unfortunately, wasn't happy with the way these little buggers tasted. I'm going to try a different recipe and, if it's a success, I will be posting it here. I used a standard holiday gingerbread man cookie cutter and a simple cookie icing to make these spooky skeletons.
